HOW TO BOOK
To book one of the halls at the Christian Community of London (CCL), which includes the CCL South Hub and Hoxton Building, please follow these steps:
1. Check Availability using the booking calendar: First, check the availability of the desired hall, whether it's the CCL South Hub or Hoxton Building, to ensure it's not already booked for your preferred date and time.
2. Provide Event Details: When booking, please complete the form, provide detailed information about your event. This should include the event name, date, start and end times, expected attendance, and any specific requirements you may have.
3. Membership Verification: If you're a CCL member or your event is church-related, you will need to provide your leader's name and campus you assist.
4. Confirmation: Once your booking request is confirmed and approved by the Booking Coordinator, you'll receive an official confirmation email, along with any additional information or guidelines for hall usage.
5. Preparation: In the lead-up to your event, make any necessary preparations, such as setting up the hall, arranging for equipment, and ensuring all logistical details are in order.
On the day of your event, arrive at the booked hall, and have a wonderful and successful event with the support of the Christian Community of London.
